About the role

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to lead our interior design sales team and oversee high‑value interior projects. The role blends technical design expertise with strong commercial closing ability and people leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and evaluate the performance of the commercial advisory team.
• Provide feedback and training on product knowledge, consultative selling, cross‑selling and up‑selling.
• Curate the technical‑aesthetic aspects of projects before final client presentation.
• Manage a portfolio of high‑value clients autonomously, focusing on closing deals.
• Oversee budgets for large projects, delegating and monitoring as needed.
• Advise on comprehensive interior solutions and create proposals using SketchUp and AutoCAD.
• Supervise the showroom, sample stock, customer experience and CRM usage.
• Prepare weekly sales, visit and KPI reports for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or Industrial Design (mandatory).
• Minimum 4 years experience in interior design with end‑client projects.
• Proven experience selling furniture and space‑solution products.
• Demonstrated commercial closing ability and results orientation.
• Leadership experience managing commercial teams.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in SketchUp.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
