French-Speaking Operations Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive French‑speaking Operations Assistant to support the daily management of our expanding short‑term rental portfolio. Working remotely, you will act as the primary liaison between guests, cleaning crews, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of short‑term rental properties.
• Communicate with guests in French and English via Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and other channels.
• Coordinate check‑ins, check‑outs, and ongoing guest support.
• Respond to guest inquiries, reviews, and issues with professionalism.
• Collaborate with cleaning and maintenance teams to keep properties guest‑ready.
• Monitor reservations, calendars, and pricing updates.
• Assist with listing optimization and channel management.
• Maintain accurate operational records and reports.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Previous experience in short‑term rentals, vacation rentals, or property management is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
