Freelance Plumbing BIM Specialist – Hourly Rate

About the role

Join a global engineering team as a Freelance Plumbing BIM Specialist. You will create and coordinate high‑quality plumbing models for international construction projects, working remotely and collaborating with multidisciplinary engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed Revit models for domestic water, sanitary drainage, storm drainage, and specialty systems such as medical gas and compressed air.
• Produce BIM models at LOD 350 and ensure compliance with client BIM standards.
• Participate in BIM coordination, clash detection, and issue resolution using Navisworks.
• Support conceptual design and BIM‑assist design phases.
• Communicate daily in English with project teams and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Mechanical Engineering degree.
• Minimum 3 years of Revit experience on BIM projects.
• Proven experience as a Plumbing BIM Designer/Modeler.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency.
• Immediate availability and own computer.
