Freelance Electrical BIM Specialist (Remote, Hourly)

About the role

Join a growing BIM team that supports real U.S. construction projects. We are looking for a hands‑on Electrical BIM Specialist who models electrical systems in Revit on a daily basis. This is a freelance, 100% remote position focused on production rather than coordination or management.

Key responsibilities

• Model electrical systems in Revit, including conduits, cable trays, panels, lighting, branch circuits, low‑voltage and power distribution.
• Deliver installation‑ready or fabrication‑oriented models at LOD 400.
• Create and manage Revit drawing sets, view templates, and schedules.
• Use Navisworks for clash detection, issue tracking, and coordination reporting with other trades.
• Apply parameters for filtering and schedule generation in mid‑ to large‑size projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on electrical BIM modeling experience in a Revit production environment.
• Proven LOD 400 delivery of fabrication‑oriented electrical models.
• Active Navisworks experience for clash detection and issue management.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, conduit, cable trays, low‑voltage).
• Professional English communication skills (upper‑intermediate) for meetings and written correspondence.
