Fraud Investigations Specialist

About the role

Félix is seeking a Fraud Investigations Specialist to serve as the technical backbone of its Fraud Investigations unit. You will bridge front‑line investigators with the Strategy and Data teams, turning complex fraud signals into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between operational investigators and technical Strategy/Data teams.
• Build and run complex SQL queries to identify potential threats and deep‑dive into suspicious activities.
• Perform proactive data analysis to uncover new fraud patterns and emerging threats across the Félix ecosystem.
• Monitor key fraud metrics, detect anomalies, and provide technical support for ad‑hoc investigations.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to translate fraud signals into data‑driven actions.

• Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings for non‑technical investigators.
