Flexible Production Operative (Shift 6‑14)

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Operario/a Comodín to work in our industrial plant. The successful candidate will rotate across different production areas, supporting the team and ensuring smooth operations during the 6 am‑2 pm shift.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate between departments such as butchery, hot kitchen, cold kitchen/vegetables, bakery, pastry, and vegetable washing/processing according to production needs.
• Prepare raw materials, assist on production lines, assemble products, package items, and perform other operational tasks as required.
• Maintain hygiene, BPM and food safety standards, record temperatures and operational controls when needed.
• Keep work areas clean and orderly, and collaborate with teammates to meet production targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food production plants is desirable but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn diverse tasks and work in different sectors.
• Availability to rotate areas based on operational needs.
• Flexibility to work shifts from 14 h to 22 h and additional shifts when required, including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to safety and food safety regulations.
