Finance & Reporting Advanced Specialist

About the role

As a Finance Accounting & Reporting Advanced Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel, you will manage complex accounting and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS, corporate policies and local regulations. You will support the Finance Knowledge Center and contribute to the accuracy and reliability of financial information across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑complexity accounting and reporting tasks independently, meeting tight deadlines.
• Prepare journal entries, perform account reconciliations and conduct detailed account analyses.
• Ensure adherence to IFRS, local accounting standards and corporate finance guidelines.
• Coordinate and support statutory audit processes, including the preparation of financial statements.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives, standardise processes and mentor junior specialists.

Required profile

• Professional qualification in accounting.
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting and reporting within multinational environments.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, local accounting regulations and financial statement preparation.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
