Finance Controller

About the role

The Finance Controller will lead the organization’s financial operations, ensuring compliance, driving performance and supporting strategic decisions. This senior position reports to the Local CFO and collaborates with regional and global stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee accounting operations and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with corporate standards.
• Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial reports for local and global stakeholders.
• Drive management control activities through KPI monitoring, financial analysis, and performance reporting.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.
• Manage treasury activities, including cash flow planning and financial risk management.
• Oversee tax compliance and ensure adherence to local fiscal regulations.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation and corporate governance policies.
• Lead and develop the finance team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Support strategic business initiatives through financial insights, forecasting, and decision‑making analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and financial management, preferably within international consulting firms or multinational organizations.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proven experience leading teams.
• Strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring timely, high‑quality deliverables.
