Finance and Reporting Junior Specialist

About the role

As a Finance and Reporting Junior Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel you will ensure accurate and timely accounting and financial reporting for entities supported by the Knowledge Center, contributing to high‑quality financial information and compliance with IFRS and corporate guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Execute accounting and reporting activities such as journal entries, reconciliations and account analysis while meeting closing deadlines.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and disclosures in line with statutory and group reporting standards.
• Participate in internal and external audits, manage documentation and respond to audit requests promptly.
• Identify and implement improvements to internal controls, standardisation and automation of General Ledger and reporting processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA) or final stage of an Accounting degree (mandatory).
• 1‑3 years of accounting and financial reporting experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial closing processes, variance analysis and account reconciliations.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
