Filmmaker & Social Media Marketing (Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Filmmaker who will also drive our social media marketing efforts in the real‑estate sector. You will produce engaging video content that showcases properties, client testimonials and corporate stories, while ensuring each piece fits the style of our digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit video campaigns for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
• Capture property tours, testimonials and corporate footage.
• Adapt videos to the required formats and platform specifications.
• Maintain the publishing calendar and write compelling copy for each post.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align messaging with business goals.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Strong audiovisual creation abilities: planning shoots, basic photography, editing and post‑production.
• Experience in digital marketing and social‑media management.
• Basic design skills and an eye for visual storytelling.
• Team‑player attitude, good organization and attention to detail.
• Preferably educated in audiovisual communication, digital marketing or related fields, with prior exposure to real‑estate content.

Required skills

• Video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
• Basic design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
