About the role

CSI is looking for an advanced‑year Architecture or Civil Engineering student, or a recent graduate, to act as a site supervisor on an industrial construction project. The role involves overseeing daily work on‑site, coordinating staff and subcontractors, and ensuring that schedule, quality and safety standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise execution of construction activities on an industrial site.
• Coordinate personnel and subcontractors to maintain workflow.
• Monitor compliance with project deadlines, quality requirements and safety regulations.
• Report progress and any issues to project management.

Required profile

• Final‑year student of Architecture or Civil Engineering, or recent graduate from a university recognized by MEC or UTU.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience interpreting technical documentation and analyzing architectural projects.
• Ability to prepare quantity takeoffs, cost estimates and budgets.
• Experience diagnosing building problems and applying technical test standards.
