About the role

We are looking for a senior IT leader to drive technology strategy, oversee development and infrastructure teams, and ensure the reliable operation of critical systems within a leading company in its sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Development and Infrastructure teams, ensuring objectives and priorities are met.
• Define and execute technology strategy aligned with business needs.
• Manage projects, improvement initiatives, and platform evolution.
• Supervise system operations to guarantee availability, performance, and security.
• Promote best practices in development, architecture, infrastructure, and IT governance.
• Coordinate with technology vendors and monitor outsourced services.
• Collaborate with business units to identify digital transformation opportunities.
• Support the team in resolving critical incidents and making key technical decisions.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Participate in technology planning and strategic priority setting.

Required profile

• University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience leading combined software development and infrastructure teams.
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and decision‑making ability.
• Leadership, communication, and influence skills to work with technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience in medium to large corporate environments, preferably in regulated industries such as finance or insurance.
