About the role

We are looking for a Security and Networks Specialist to join our multidisciplinary consulting team. The candidate will work closely with client teams to migrate and manage firewall solutions, ensuring secure and reliable network operations.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and document the current Cisco firewall configurations deployed in the network.
• Learn the configurations of Fortinet firewall equipment to be deployed.
• Collaborate in creating a migration plan from Cisco to Fortinet firewalls.
• Coordinate and execute the approved migration tasks.
• Maintain communication with all internal and client stakeholders involved in the migration.
• Adjust and update firewall configurations to match the actual network and services.
• Report progress and issues to the project leader.
• Produce technical and management documentation for all migration activities.

Required profile

• Graduate or advanced student in Electrical Engineering, Computer Technology, Telecommunications, Networks or Software.
• At least 1 year of experience administering, configuring or supporting Cisco and Fortinet firewall solutions.
• Experience preparing technical and management documentation related to firewall projects.
