About the role

We are a multinational technology company seeking a Recruitment and Selection Specialist to support our growth. You will lead the full recruitment cycle, ensuring we attract and hire the right talent for our expanding teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: define profiles, post vacancies, source and evaluate candidates.
• Conduct interviews and psycholaboral assessments aligned with the required profile.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to determine staffing needs.
• Prepare candidate reports and participate in hiring decisions.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date candidate database and track selection metrics.
• Continuously improve talent attraction and selection practices.

Required profile

• Proactive, strong interpersonal skills, able to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Graduate in Psychology.
• Previous experience in similar recruitment roles.
• Good command of candidate sourcing tools.
• Intermediate to advanced English is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and results‑orientation.
