About the role

BairesDev is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its global HR team. You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and guiding both technical and non‑technical candidates for internal projects and client needs, working entirely remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidate information to assess overall fit.
• Contact candidates via phone, video call, or email to confirm interest.
• Schedule internal interviews, send invitations, and keep system records up to date.
• Interview candidates to evaluate qualifications, experience, interests, commitment, logic, and common sense.
• Coordinate and confirm technical interviews.
• Provide continuous follow‑up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar talent acquisition or recruiting roles.
• Familiarity with head‑hunting in the IT industry (preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Flexibility and adaptability to constant changes.
• Advanced level of English.
