Entertainment and Corporate Travel Specialist

About the role

The Entertainment and Corporate Specialist provides premium travel consulting for high‑profile entertainment and corporate clients. Working closely with an independent advisor and artist management teams, the specialist handles fast‑paced, high‑touch itineraries for touring professionals and executives.

Key responsibilities

• Compile hotel proposals, tour spreadsheets, and client records; prepare commission reports, contracts, riders, and rooming lists.
• Book and manage domestic and international air, hotel, car rental, and ground transportation using Sabre GDS.
• Issue, exchange, void, and refund tickets and MCOs; create accurate invoices via Sabre and Agent Portal.
• Provide travel consulting via phone, email, and chat with attention to detail.
• Research destinations, fares, routing, and logistics to meet client goals; promote preferred vendors and value‑added services.
• Review reservations for accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions.
• Maintain client profiles in the CRM database and manage deposits, final payments, and travel documents.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of travel experience focused on corporate and entertainment clients.
• Proficiency with Sabre GDS (ticketing, exchanges, pricing) and strong client‑service orientation.
