Entertainment and Corporate Travel Specialist

About the role

Global Travel Collection (GTC) is seeking an Entertainment and Corporate Specialist to deliver premium travel consulting services to high‑profile entertainment and corporate clients. You will work closely with an independent advisor and artist management teams to design and manage complex itineraries.

Key responsibilities

• Compile hotel proposals, tour spreadsheets, and client records; prepare commission reports, contracts, riders and other documentation.
• Book and manage domestic and international air, hotel, car rental, and ground transportation using Sabre GDS.
• Issue, exchange, void, and refund tickets and MCOs; create accurate invoices via Sabre and Agent Portal.
• Provide travel consulting via phone, email and chat, ensuring attention to detail and professionalism.
• Research destinations, fares, routing, hotels and logistical details to meet client goals.
• Maintain client profiles in the CRM database, manage deposits, final payments and travel documents.
• Promote preferred vendors, insurance options and value‑added services.
• Stay current on global travel advisories, industry trends and destination updates.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Minimum five years of travel experience focused on corporate and entertainment clients.
• Proficiency with Sabre GDS, including ticketing, exchanges and pricing.
• Strong understanding of domestic and international routing, fare structures and travel regulations.
