Encargado/a de Salón – Liderar y Coordinar Equipo de Ventas

About the role

The Salon Manager will lead, advise and coordinate the sales team to ensure an optimal customer experience and drive store performance. This role focuses on guiding customers to find the products that turn a house into a dream home while fostering a high‑performing, collaborative team.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure every client receives the best possible experience and assistance in finding desired items.
• Conduct monthly individual follow‑ups to recognize strengths and provide tools for continuous improvement.
• Motivate and direct the team through effective communication to meet monthly sales targets.
• Promote team integration and adherence to store operating standards.
• Identify process improvements and communicate them to relevant departments.
• Partner with People & Culture on recruitment, development plans, and employee off‑boarding.
• Select and maintain the appropriate product assortment and ensure proper stock levels.
• Monitor inventory efficiently and guarantee store cleanliness, order, and safety compliance.

Required profile

• Complete basic education (high school diploma).
• More than 2 years of experience leading sales‑oriented teams.
• Intermediate proficiency with digital tools.
• Technical or tertiary studies are valued.
• Experience with billing tools and CRM systems is a plus.
