About the role

The Store Manager will lead the daily operations of a retail outlet located in Portones Shopping. The role combines sales management, team leadership, and operational oversight to ensure an excellent customer experience and achievement of commercial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Implement commercial strategies defined by Operations Management and Supervisors.
• Drive store sales, handle customer complaints and claims.
• Apply operational policies and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
• Manage merchandise replenishment and inventory control.
• Maintain the functionality, order, and cleanliness of the store facilities.
• Lead staff training, onboarding of new employees, and motivate the team.
• Enforce internal HR policies and promote effective communication.
• Monitor sales KPIs and generate performance reports.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar retail management position.
• Additional courses in sales, customer service, leadership or team management are valued.
• Experience in managing retail stores, especially in the personal care or home care sector.
• Proficiency in Excel.
