About the role
We are looking for a Tax Manager to lead our fiscal team in Montevideo. The role involves overseeing a portfolio of clients, preparing and filing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with all deadlines while fostering continuous professional growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the assigned client portfolio.
- Support the preparation and presentation of annual and monthly tax declarations.
- Lead a team of tax professionals and guarantee timely delivery of all obligations.
Required profile
- Accountant with proven experience in tax matters.
- Strong leadership and autonomy.
- Excellent planning, organization and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude with a strong results orientation.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data management.
