About the role

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead operational excellence and customer experience in our venue. The role involves coordinating and directing all aspects of room service, corporate and private events, while ensuring superior quality standards and overall client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the room service team to maintain consistent service quality.
• Plan, organize and execute corporate, social and private events.
• Manage reservations, space availability and logistical coordination for events.
• Resolve unexpected issues and complex situations autonomously and professionally.
• Maintain commercial relationships with clients, identify opportunities and manage budgets.
• Ensure compliance with service protocols and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen, administration and logistics departments for successful event execution.

Required profile

• University or technical degree in Hospitality, Tourism or Gastronomy.
• Proven experience in event coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams (minimum 2‑4 years).
• Autonomy in decision‑making under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and professional presence.

Required skills

• Experience with reservation and event management systems.
• Commercial mindset with budget tracking.
• Proficiency in English.
