About the role
The Store Manager will lead the overall operation of the retail location, actively engaging with customers and driving sales to ensure an excellent shopping experience and achievement of commercial targets.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate, supervise and support the sales team, fostering a collaborative, results‑oriented environment.
- Monitor performance indicators and ensure proper product display, replenishment and stock control.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, maintaining high service standards.
- Oversee store order, maintenance and overall presentation.
- Participate directly in sales activities and enforce company‑defined quality and service standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales, customer service and team management within home equipment or design retail.
- Previous experience leading commercial teams and coordinating store operations.
- Proactive attitude, strong teamwork and leadership skills.
- Goal‑oriented and committed to delivering results.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency with computer tools.
- Experience using CRM or other management systems.
