About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Store Manager to lead our retail outlet in Salto. The role combines a passion for fashion and sales with strong team‑leadership abilities, ensuring the store meets its performance targets while fostering a positive work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, organize and supervise daily store operations.
- Set and achieve sales objectives in line with company goals.
- Promote a collaborative and motivating climate among staff.

- Monitor inventory, visual merchandising and store presentation.
