Ejecutivo/a Comercial B2B – RRHH & Marketing BTL

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven B2B Sales Executive to promote HR services and BTL marketing solutions to corporate clients. The role is full‑time, onsite and focuses on generating new business opportunities, presenting proposals and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B opportunities with companies in the HR and BTL marketing sectors.
• Conduct prospecting activities, cold calls, and on‑site visits.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals, negotiate terms and close contracts.
• Maintain an active pipeline and follow up on ongoing negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal HR and marketing teams to adapt solutions to client needs.

Required profile

• 3–5 years proven experience in B2B account management, sales prospecting and closing.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Customer‑focused attitude with the ability to deliver fast, reliable service.
• Own vehicle for occasional client visits (optional).
• Age between 30 and 50 years.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced use of Microsoft PowerPoint for proposal creation.
