Ejecutivo Comercial B2B – Préstamos PYMES

About the role

Paigo, a 100% digital fintech from Uruguay, is looking for a B2B Commercial Executive to drive sales of its “Pym” loan product aimed at micro and small businesses. The role focuses on building and managing relationships with SME clients, generating new business opportunities, and achieving monthly sales targets while delivering a high‑quality, trust‑based service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of SME customers through calls, visits and continuous follow‑up.
• Proactively identify and develop new commercial opportunities by understanding each company’s specific needs.
• Build long‑term relationships based on trust and personalized attention.
• Plan and organise weekly agenda with a focus on results and service quality.
• Record all activities in the CRM system and keep commercial information up‑to‑date.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Contribute ideas to improve products and internal processes.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in loans, insurance or other financial services.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to create trustworthy relationships.
• Organised, methodical and responsible work style.
• Self‑driven planning and prioritisation skills.
• Good command of Excel and CRM tools.
• Additional knowledge of analytical or AI tools, marketing education or own vehicle is a plus.
