Digital Project Specialist

About the role

Lead the execution, growth, and daily operation of the client’s community platform. This role is responsible for community management, performance tracking, content planning, and partnership negotiation to strengthen engagement and user value.

Key responsibilities

• Manage platform operations, monitor daily KPIs and engagement metrics, and ensure platform health.
• Moderate community content, remove inappropriate material, and handle user behavior.
• Plan and manage the content calendar, align content with the client’s brand, and publish on the platform.
• Track performance, prepare reports, identify improvement opportunities and recommend data‑driven actions.
• Identify, negotiate and implement partnerships and benefits, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables and approvals, ensuring alignment with client and internal teams.
