Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Anything Group is a full-service digital, marketing, software development, branding and website development agency. This Digital Marketing Specialist acts as the bridge between a client's business goals and the Paid Media team's technical execution, combining client communication, digital strategy, business research, performance reporting and internal coordination so campaigns stay aligned with client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and maintain constant email communication and ongoing support.
• Research and analyse each client's business, needs, objectives, seasonality and opportunities.
• Develop digital strategies aligned with client objectives and partner with the Paid Media Specialist so campaign and platform strategies match commercial priorities.
• Identify opportunities for budget increases or expansion into new channels.
• Coordinate creative requirements with clients and internal design teams.
• Lead monthly client meetings, present performance reports and identify the KPIs used to measure success.
• Translate technical advertising concepts and metrics into understandable business insights, with recommendations and next steps.
• Monitor account progress and ensure deliverables stay aligned with client objectives.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing specialist or similar, including hands-on management of paid media platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects at once.
• Advanced English level.

• Digital marketing strategy and client communication and relationship management.
• Strong understanding of paid media and major advertising platforms.
• Analytics and data interpretation, strategic and commercial thinking.
• Performance reporting and presentation skills.
