DevOps Engineer (Data Services & Linux) – Remote

About the role

FullStack is looking for a DevOps Engineer specialized in data services and Linux to join its talent network. You will work remotely with U.S. clients on flexible, project‑based assignments, integrating directly into their engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and secure Linux servers, including patching, Active Directory integration, backups, and monitoring.
• Administer relational databases such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL and MySQL – configuration, performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Puppet or Chef.
• Build and support CI/CD pipelines with Docker, GitLab CI, Artifactory and Git.
• Write automation scripts in Python and Bash and support build tools (Maven/Gradle, Spring, NodeJS).
• Implement enterprise monitoring, logging and documentation using tools like Splunk or Dynatrace.
• Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams, resolve complex issues and contribute to shared libraries.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional DevOps experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed four‑year college degree.
• Strong background in Linux system administration and database management.
• Hands‑on experience with IaC, containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and thrive in remote, fast‑paced environments.
