Development Manager (.NET / Full Stack)

About the role

ALTOUR is seeking a Development Manager to lead a small team of developers responsible for internal business systems and customer‑facing applications. The role combines people leadership with hands‑on technical guidance to deliver high‑impact solutions in a fast‑moving corporate travel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and manage a team of developers delivering internal and external applications.
• Own Agile delivery: sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, risk identification and status reporting.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to prioritize work, clarify requirements and translate them into delivery plans.
• Provide technical direction across .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, API design, Azure services and DevOps pipelines.
• Enforce engineering standards including source‑control, code reviews, testing, CI/CD, release readiness and production support.
• Champion secure development and DevSecOps practices throughout the team.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading development teams in an Agile environment.
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to stay engaged in architecture and code when needed.
• Excellent communication skills to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Track record of improving delivery discipline and driving high‑quality software releases.
