About the role

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join BairesDev’s global development team. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere while contributing to high‑impact projects for leading clients such as Google and Rolls‑Royce.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain clean, scalable Salesforce applications.
• Implement batch Apex processes, write unit tests, and ensure robust error handling.
• Build modular Lightning components following best practices.
• Collaborate with multicultural teams using Git and a source‑driven development workflow.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Advanced English communication skills.
