About the role

The Business Developer will lead the sales of new trucks, vans and other utility vehicles, as well as after‑sales services such as workshop guarantees and spare parts, for a company specialized in agricultural machinery mechanics. The position is based in the department of Colonia and requires frequent travel to multiple branches across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the sales of 0 km vehicles and promote workshop, warranty and spare‑part services in all branches.
• Prepare and present an annual business plan, including potential market analysis per branch and quarterly sales forecasts.
• Contact and visit new and existing clients to generate sales of machinery, parts and services.
• Schedule visits, record contacts and follow up proposals using the company’s designated system.
• Coordinate commercial development with represented brands, collaborating with marketing to create campaigns and sales materials.
• Participate in fairs and events organized by the company or its brands.
• Monitor spare‑part inventory across branches, control stock levels, and identify damaged or obsolete items in coordination with purchasing.
• Utilize brand‑provided tools such as CRM and telematics for sales activities.

Required profile

• Residence in Colonia or surrounding area with willingness to travel to other branches.
• Strong commercial background, preferably with experience in the truck sector or agricultural fleet management.
• Proven negotiation, sales planning and reporting abilities.
• Result‑oriented, organized, autonomous and proactive.
