Delivery Advisor – Customer Experience

About the role

As a Delivery Advisor you will support customers after they place a vehicle order, ensuring a smooth and exceptional delivery experience. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to coordinate financing, trade‑ins, and delivery milestones while driving store productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare customer loan and DMV documents and coordinate successful delivery appointments.
• Demonstrate expertise in selling Tesla products and services.
• Maximize scheduling efficiency to improve the customer experience.
• Compile performance reports and support training initiatives.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless pre‑delivery experiences.
• Maintain the store fleet by coordinating service, allocation, and accident reporting.
• Perform additional duties such as delivery preparation, direct deliveries, and sales support.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proactive team player with strong collaborative abilities.
• Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
