Data Governance Analyst

About the role

Blend360 is looking for a Data Governance Analyst with around 3+ years of experience to support enterprise data governance initiatives. The role involves collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to improve data quality and maintain governance documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of enterprise data governance initiatives and processes.
• Create and maintain governance documentation, standards, and procedures.
• Perform data analysis and profiling to identify quality issues.
• Assist with metadata management and maintain business and technical metadata.
• Validate governance controls and ensure compliance with policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business or related field.
• Approximately 3+ years of experience in data governance, data management or business analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with both business and technical teams.

Required skills

• Experience with data governance platforms such as Atlan, Collibra or Alation.
• SQL proficiency.
• Data analysis and data profiling.
• Metadata management concepts.
