Data Engineer – Build Scalable Azure Databricks Pipelines

About the role

Blend360 is seeking a Data Engineer with over four years of experience to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines on Azure Databricks. You will collaborate with analytics, data science, and business teams to deliver high‑performance data solutions that drive data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimise end‑to‑end data pipelines using Azure Databricks.
• Refactor legacy code to improve maintainability and reuse across multiple use cases.
• Consolidate KPIs and attributes into standardised data structures for flexible journey views.
• Build and maintain scalable data models supporting current and future analytics needs.
• Ensure data quality, performance, and reliability across pipelines and datasets.
• Collaborate with analytics and engineering teams to enhance data processes and architecture.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience in data engineering.
• Strong experience with GitHub version control workflows.
• Hands‑on experience developing pipelines in Azure Databricks and using Apache Spark (PySpark preferred).
• Proven ability to refactor and maintain legacy codebases.
• Experience building scalable data models for analytics and reporting.
