Culture & Experience Manager

About the role

The Culture & Experience Manager will shape and protect the employee journey at /slantis, ensuring the ecosystem feels meaningful, connected, and vibrant as the company scales across its three US offices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Co‑Pilot Sessions (1:1 conversations) focused on experience, engagement, growth, and satisfaction.
• Support leaders and teams during difficult conversations, friction, and conflict.
• Own, redesign, and safeguard cultural artifacts and rituals that define the /slantis experience.
• Maintain consistent, engaging culture initiatives aligned with company values across all hubs.
• Develop and evolve programs such as eNPS, climate & wellbeing surveys, action‑plan follow‑through, team‑building experiences, learning & culture rituals, and internal communications.
• Drive the referral program as a key ecosystem driver.
• Detect early signs of cultural drift, disengagement, or collaboration gaps and propose corrective actions.
• Oversee onboarding and the first 90‑day experience to ensure new hires feel connected and aligned.
• Monitor ecosystem health through engagement metrics, pulse checks, onboarding insights, and feedback trends.
• Translate feedback and analytics into actionable improvements that strengthen culture and performance.

Required profile

• Experience in People, Culture, Employee Experience, Organizational Development, or related fields.
• Proven track record supporting leaders and teams in fast‑growing organizations.
• Background managing culture initiatives, engagement programs, and organizational health processes.
• Comfort navigating sensitive conversations, team dynamics, and conflict situations.
• Experience working with engagement metrics, surveys, and people analytics.
