Creative Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking two organized, detail‑oriented Creative Project Managers to join our growing Content team. Working remotely across LATAM, you will act as the operational backbone of our creative pods, ensuring assets are organized, workflows stay on track, and client deliverables meet our high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and maintain all creative assets, ensuring proper naming, versioning, and accessibility.
• Build, launch, and manage content plans in Asana, keeping timelines accurate and teams aligned.
• Conduct thorough quality‑assurance reviews of deliverables for accuracy, brand consistency, and completeness.
• Support pod organization, including scheduling, capacity tracking, and cross‑functional communication.
• Stage and manage images within Figma for review, presentation, or handoff.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Serve as the central coordination point between creative, strategy, and client‑facing teams.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, or content coordination.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced remote environment with distributed teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Asana for project and content management.
• Familiarity with Figma for asset staging and creative collaboration.
