About the role
Bits In Glass is looking for a Creatio Developer to join its growing Creatio practice. You will work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects and clients to design, configure and deliver Creatio‑based CRM and process‑automation solutions in a consulting environment.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and customize Creatio CRM applications using low‑code/no‑code tools.
- Build and maintain business processes, workflows and automation logic in Creatio.
- Customize UI components, pages, sections and dashboards.
- Assist with C#/.NET customisations to extend Creatio functionality when required.
- Support integrations between Creatio and external systems using REST APIs.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate requirements into working solutions.
- Participate in testing, UAT and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot issues and support post‑go‑live enhancements.
Required profile
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Creatio configuration, workflows and business rules.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Required skills
- Creatio low‑code platform.
- C# and .NET.
- HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- REST API integration.
- Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Jira and Azure DevOps for work tracking.
