Corporate Travel Consultant

About the role

ALTOUR is seeking an experienced Corporate Travel Consultant to provide best‑in‑class travel consultation to corporate and government clients. The role involves quoting, booking, and managing domestic and international travel while ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

Key responsibilities

• Service inbound corporate and government travel requests and deliver extraordinary customer service.
• Quote and book accurate air, car, and hotel reservations, securing the lowest rates and using negotiated programs.
• Follow Federal and State travel requirements, including the Fly America Act.
• Maintain productivity, quality, and customer experience metrics.

Required profile

• 5+ years of travel selling and customer service experience, preferably in corporate travel.
• Strong multitasking ability and capacity to handle multiple accounts with high service standards.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Proactive, adaptable to new technologies and processes.

Required skills

• Mastery of Sabre GDS, including shortcuts, pricing, and Smartpoint.
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
