Corporate Travel Consultant

About the role

Join Global Travel Collection, a leading network of luxury travel advisors, as a Corporate Travel Consultant. You will provide premium travel consulting to corporate executives and entertainment industry clients, handling end‑to‑end travel arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Book air, car, hotel, and limousine reservations using the Sabre reservation system.
• Issue tickets, exchanges, MCOs, voids and refunds, and manage invoicing through Sabre or the Agent Portal.
• Deliver consultative customer service throughout the booking process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Research destinations, accommodations, travel advisories and costs to meet client objectives.
• Resolve customer service issues directly with vendors while keeping the independent advisor informed.
• Plan international travel with knowledge of geography, routing, fare calculations and entry requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or at least five years of full‑time travel agent experience booking domestic and international travel.
• Strong knowledge of the Sabre reservation system, including GDS formats, shortcuts, pricing and e‑ticketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and dispute‑resolution abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment handling multiple responsibilities.
