Corporate Travel Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Corporate Travel Consultant to provide dedicated air‑service support for a medium‑size cruise company. You will handle inbound client calls, book flights and hotels, and ensure seamless travel experiences that align with cruise itineraries.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from leisure‑market customers and present flight options with accurate pricing.
• Book air tickets and issue them using the Sabre reservation system.
• Reserve hotels for passengers requiring accommodation changes.
• Assist passengers with seat selection, mileage numbers, TSA Pre‑Check and Global Entry details.
• Collaborate closely with the cruise partner to deliver a consistent customer experience.
• Capture airline sales when air segments are not confirmed.
• Respond to all inquiries within the defined service‑level agreement.

Required profile

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong troubleshooting capability and knowledge of airline and industry policies.
• Minimum five years of experience with Sabre booking and ticketing.
• Creative problem‑solving in shopping and troubleshooting scenarios.
