Corporate Spanish Trainer (English Bilingual) – Remote

About the role

goFLUENT is seeking a bilingual English‑Spanish corporate trainer to deliver live, online language lessons to professionals worldwide. You will work remotely, helping executives, managers, engineers, doctors, lawyers and other experts improve their communication skills for the global workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one and small‑group virtual Spanish lessons for business learners.
• Apply goFLUENT’s proven teaching methodology to create engaging, interactive sessions.
• Maintain a supportive virtual classroom that encourages participation and confidence.
• Adapt lesson plans to diverse industries and learner needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong spoken and written proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Experience teaching or training adults (preferred) and corporate experience (advantageous).
• Professional demeanor, excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable high‑speed internet.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video‑conferencing platforms for live instruction.
