Corporate Entertainment and Leisure Specialist

About the role

The Corporate Entertainment and Leisure Specialist provides premium travel consulting for corporate entertainment and high‑end leisure clients. Working closely with a Principal Advisor, the specialist manages complex itineraries, from flights to luxury accommodations and concierge services.

Key responsibilities

• Compile and email air, hotel, and car proposals; maintain client records.
• Prepare commission reports, contracts, rooming lists, riders, and related documents.
• Research and book luxury leisure experiences such as villas, yachts, cruises, and dining arrangements.
• Suggest travel destinations, fares, routing, and logistical details tailored to client needs.
• Book and manage domestic and international travel using Sabre GDS.
• Issue, exchange, void, and refund tickets and MCOs; create accurate invoices via Sabre and Agent Portal.
• Maintain client profiles in the CRM database and oversee deposits, final payments, and travel documents.
• Provide proactive problem‑solving and act as a trusted advisor for both new and long‑term clients.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred).
• At least three years of luxury leisure or corporate travel experience.
• Minimum three years of hands‑on Sabre experience.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication.
