Corporate Entertainment and Leisure Specialist

About the role

The Corporate Entertainment and Leisure Specialist provides premium travel consulting for high‑touch corporate entertainment and leisure clients. Working alongside an established Principal Advisor, you will manage complex itineraries, ensuring every detail meets the expectations of discerning travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Research, propose, and book luxury leisure experiences including hotels, villas, yachts, cruises, dining and concierge services.
• Prepare and maintain client records, commission reports, contracts, riders, rooming lists and other documentation.
• Book and manage domestic and international air, hotel, car rental and ground transportation using Sabre GDS.
• Issue, exchange, void, and refund tickets and MCOs; create accurate invoices via Sabre and Agent Portal.
• Maintain client profiles in the CRM database, manage deposits, final payments and travel documents.
• Act as a trusted advisor, promote preferred vendors, insurance options and value‑added services.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED (bachelor’s degree preferred).
• At least three years of luxury leisure or corporate travel experience.
• Minimum three years of hands‑on Sabre GDS experience.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills.
