Commercial Executive – Logistics & International Trade

About the role

The Commercial Executive will support FLS in expanding its client base and strengthening relationships within the logistics and international trade sector. You will identify new business opportunities, provide tailored solutions, and contribute to the company’s commercial strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the commercial methodologies and strategies defined by the company.
• Maintain contact with existing and potential clients, offering quotations, information and advice.
• Research the market to identify commercial opportunities aligned with company strategy.
• Analyze client profiles, cargo movements and origin‑destination preferences to propose suitable solutions.
• Develop long‑term relationships with new customers and continuously follow up on commercial ties.
• Monitor market trends and client needs, informing the company.
• Request and negotiate rates with suppliers.
• Prepare and send quotations to clients.
• Perform administrative tasks related to commercial management.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing and Sales, International Trade, Business Administration or related fields.
• Experience in commercial positions, customer service or operations, preferably in customs brokerage, freight forwarding or logistics companies.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
