About the role
We are looking for a motivated Kitchen Assistant to join our cold‑kitchen team in Montevideo. You will support food production during the 14:00‑22:00 shift, ensuring every dish meets our high standards of quality and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in all stages of the cold‑kitchen preparation process.
- Follow hygiene protocols and accurately record temperature logs.
- Keep the work area organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is desirable.
- Availability to work from 14:00 to 22:00, including weekends.
