About the role
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our cold kitchen team in Montevideo. The position works the afternoon‑evening shift from 14:00 to 22:00, including weekends, and contributes to our catering services for airlines, airports and corporate clients.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of cold products such as sandwiches, salads, empanadas and packed meals.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene standards and record temperature logs.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area.
- Support the kitchen team in meeting daily production targets.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a cold‑kitchen environment is desirable.
- Availability to work the 14:00‑22:00 shift and weekends.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a multicultural setting.
Required skills
- Food preparation for cold dishes.
- Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
