Clinical Project Manager – Regional/Global LATAM (Remote)

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Project Manager to lead regional and global clinical projects across LATAM on a home‑based basis. The role provides customer‑focused leadership from proposal development through final deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Manage interdisciplinary clinical research programs ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Act as primary liaison between the company and the customer throughout project launch, conduct and closeout.
• Lead clinical teams to ensure quality, timeline and budget management.
• Accountable for financial performance and all project deliverables for assigned projects or regions.
• Maintain project information in databases, prepare reports, and ensure inspection readiness, including trial master file oversight.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading clinical research projects with interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, SOPs and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines and stakeholder communication.
• Experience mentoring and line‑managing project staff.
