Civil BIM Specialist – Revit & Civil 3D – Remote LATAM

About the role

We are looking for a Civil BIM Specialist to join our remote LATAM team. You will work on real civil infrastructure projects, gaining hands‑on experience from day one while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate BIM models using Revit for site development, grading, utilities and heavy civil projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to review construction drawings, specifications and design documentation.
• Identify and resolve clashes during BIM coordination to ensure constructability.
• Support delivery of high‑quality solutions for large‑scale infrastructure projects.

Required profile

• Civil Engineering degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Civil BIM modeling.
• Experience with site development, grading, sitework, wet or dry utilities, and heavy civil projects.
• Strong Revit skills.
• Upper‑intermediate English (or higher) and immediate availability.
• Own computer/laptop.

Required skills

• Revit (required).
• Civil 3D (including pipe networks).
• Navisworks.
• ArcGIS.
• ACC, BIM 360, shared models or other collaborative BIM environments.
• LOD 300‑350 development.
