About the role

The CEO Office Analyst will support high‑impact initiatives directly sponsored by the CEO, providing analytical insight and process improvement across the organization. This fully remote position offers exposure to strategic priorities in a fast‑growing tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, define, and continuously improve business processes, identifying systemic issues and proposing solutions.
• Document automation and scalability opportunities within the CEO’s administrative scope.
• Filter, classify, and route messages from the CEO’s LinkedIn and email accounts, applying business context to prioritize executive attention.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day communication from the CEO.
• Support cross‑functional initiatives that require executive sponsorship, translating high‑level priorities into structured execution plans.

Required profile

• Experience working with processes and operations.
