About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our industrial meat processing plant in Montevideo. The position involves preparing, cutting, and handling large volumes of meat to produce a variety of products such as milanesas, churrascos, hamburgers and meatballs.

Key responsibilities

• Cut and clean meat according to specifications for different preparations.
• Assemble and shape products including hamburgers, meatballs and other ready‑to‑cook items.
• Weigh, package and label finished products.
• Transport meat and finished goods within the plant.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area.
• Follow hygiene, safety and good manufacturing practices at all times.

Required profile

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Commitment to strict food safety and sanitation standards.
• Physical stamina for standing, lifting and repetitive motions.
• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to follow instructions.
